The YTD 2016 average sales price of $230,288 has increased 9.2% compared to YTD 2017 of $251,423. The average sales price for October 2017 is down -40.6% over October 2016 from $326,054 for October 2016 to $193,569 for October 2017. This was in part due to most of the properties in October sold for under $200,000. The October “sold sales” have gone down by -31.6% in particular again due to the lack of inventory!
