I have to start off with the January 2017 statistic that jumps out of the page which is an increase of 400% for homes sold in January 2017 compared with January 2016. This means we are off to an incredible beginning for 2017. The median price for January 2017 is $188,000 compared with $138,000 for January of 2016 an increase of 36.2%. Here are the properties which sold in January 2017. Inventory is 30.4% lower for January 2017 over January 2016 and the good news is that properties are selling at a quicker pace with 135 on average days for a listing to sell compared with 284 days in January 2016.
Here is a brand new listing in the Town of Paonia on one of the most quaint streets. Recently remodeled, charming two bedrooms, two baths, living and dining room with a bonus room upstairs and several outbuildings.
