The summer real estate market has been strong! The brisk sales from April and May, which have closed in June with some impressive numbers. The average sales price for June 2017 is up 45.7% over June 2016 from $220,967 for June 2016 to $321,909 for June 2017. Inventory continues to be down -32.6% from June 2016 of 129 homes for sale compared with 87 homes for sale for June 2017. The YTD 2016 average sales price of $211,863 has increased 19.9% to YTD 2017 of $254,011. Here’s the link to homes sold in the North Fork for June 2017. July’s featured listing is a C-1 Zoned lot on Main Street for $79,000 with an older mobile home and a summer sleeping cabin along with a Town of Paonia water and sewer tap.
