Spring Market Bearing Fruit
The pace of the spring real estate market is bearing fruit in May. It’s been fast and furious. Multiple offers, sight unseen purchases and yes, the people moving here are all wonderful! That seems to be the most often asked questions, what are the people like moving here? From my perspective, they are the same reasons why I moved here and many of the people I know, quality of life, the food, small towns, school options, creative inspiration, and so much more.

Featured new listing this month, three bedroom, one bathroom, within biking distance to town on little over an acre with a town of Paonia water tap, sewer tap and a well for irrigation! Linda’s Bistro has been reduced to $457,000, commercial property has been hot the past two months and now could be a good time to invest in one of the few remaining commercial properties for sale.
